I have a sudden urge to do brocaded tablet weaving with silk and (albeit fake) gold thread! Now! I don’t have time to go to work… Must weave now…

Yes, these are lovely books! I have them, but my tablet weaving is too rudimentary to try most of the patterns. I am looking forward to seeing your results.

They definately inspired my to start several project. Hopefully I’ll be able to show som pictures in the next couple of weeks.

Hi, I like your blog and tablet weaving projects.
As coincidence I’m just working on the pattern no.15 from Modelbuch! I’m not using metallic thread though, just wool, but I think it still looks nice.
I’ve just begun my medieval blog and I will try and post a picture of my brocade soonest.
